Boy Scouts

 

The Boy Scouts of America has been providing programs to help young people develop personal responsibility, citizenship and leadership skills for over one hundred years. Boy Scout Troop 242 meets two Sundays per month at St. George from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Additionally, the troop typically schedules an outing once each month. Boy Scouting is open to any boy having completed the fifth grade or age 11–18.

Scout Law: 

"A scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent."
